UHP Fast Valve for ALD/ALE and Pulsing Applications

Kitz SCT has released our TDF Series UHP Fast Valve for ALD/ALE and other applications requiring extremely fast pulsing.

The TDF series is available for low and high flow applications, diaphragm speed to 5 milliseconds, and with a fluid temperature rating of 220°C.  We offer options for both face seal and IGS surface mount connections, and has a cycle life rating to 100 M Cycles.
