Kitz SCT's UXG/LG series Vacuum Gate Valve, developed for semiconductor process chamber's vacuum system, controlling the passage from the transfer chamber to process chamber. 300 MM is standard with option for custom sizing, available in heated and non-heated applications, rated to 180 Celsius and has unique separate body and valve heating channels for uniform and individual temperature control.
