Auto Pressure Control (APC) Vacuum Exhaust Valve

Kitz SCT’s latest exhaust throttle valve is now available offering 3 main performance functions.

Our APC provides full isolation between chamber and exhaust, has a slow bypass feature for fine control of pressure change, and has butterfly throttle control for chamber pressure requirements.

Our APC is available in heated and non-heated designs with the heating feature both internally and externally generated to eliminate byproduct buildup. Available sizes are ISO-KF40/50/80/100. Communication options are RS232, Device Net, and EtherCat.
