LOTO Valve

Kitz SCT's Lock Out Tag Out valve features a unique 90 degree handle design for safe operation. Locking in the closed position only, it has a feature allowing installation of a lock to prevent unintended opening.

FEATURES

When the valve is closed, the handle goes down and the key hole can be seen.
When opening the valve, pull up the handle and turn it.
By passing through a padlock or wire (minimum φ3.18), lock-out and tag-out of the valve can be conducted. This helps to prevent an erroneous operation by the operator.
As an option, the operation can be met during OPEN status, or both OPEN-CLOSE statuses

PRECAUTIONS

The valves are designed to be used under atmospheric pressure. Usage such as under vacuum vessels are not guaranteed.
For high temperature applications, please select appropriate material for airfittings and tubes to assure proper performance.
